Phase One – Understanding
We begin by building trust, completing assessments and helping young people understand themselves, their experiences and the factors influencing their behaviour.
This stage creates the foundation for meaningful and lasting change.
Phase Two – Awareness
Young people begin recognising patterns, triggers and influences that affect their decisions.
Using our unique Opponent™ framework, they learn to identify unhealthy thinking before it leads to harmful behaviour.
Phase Three – Growth
Young people develop practical skills that improve emotional regulation, communication, confidence, decision-making and resilience.
Through ThoughtSwitch™, they learn how to interrupt automatic reactions and make healthier choices in everyday situations.
Phase Four – Moving Forward
The final stage prepares each young person for a successful transition beyond residential care.
Together we develop realistic goals, strengthen support networks and create personalised plans that promote long-term success within education, family life and the wider community.
