Specialist Residential Placements
Our core service is a structured 16-week residential placement for young people aged 12–17 requiring intensive therapeutic support.
Placements provide a safe, nurturing and structured environment where young people can step away from harmful influences and focus on their personal development.
Every placement combines therapeutic intervention, education, emotional wellbeing, life skills, physical activity and positive routines to support lasting behavioural change.
Addiction Recovery
We support young people experiencing substance misuse and behavioural addictions through compassionate, evidence-informed interventions that focus on understanding rather than judgement.
Our approach helps young people:
• Understand addiction and the brain
• Recognise triggers and unhealthy patterns
• Develop healthier coping strategies
• Build emotional resilience
• Strengthen recovery skills
• Create positive routines for long-term wellbeing
Recovery is about more than stopping harmful behaviours; it is about helping young people build lives they no longer want to escape from.
Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing
Many young people experience anxiety, stress, emotional dysregulation, low confidence or trauma-related difficulties. Our programme helps young people better understand their emotions while developing practical tools that improve emotional wellbeing and resilience.
Support focuses on:
• Emotional regulation
• Confidence and self-esteem
• Stress and anxiety management- Healthy routines
• Positive relationships
• Building resilience
• Understanding the connection between thoughts, emotions and behaviour
County Lines & Child Criminal Exploitation
We educate young people about the realities of criminal exploitation while helping them recognise manipulation, coercion and unhealthy influences before they take control.
Our programme develops:
• Awareness of exploitation
• Critical thinking
• Healthy boundaries
• Confidence to seek support
• Safer decision-making
• Protective factors that reduce vulnerability
Our aim is to help young people recognise risk early and build safer pathways for the future.
Knife Crime Prevention
Rather than simply telling young people not to carry weapons, we help them understand the fears, pressures and circumstances that often influence these decisions.
Through practical learning, young people develop:
• Emotional regulation
• Conflict management
• Better decision-making
• Confidence without violence
• Personal responsibility
• Respect for themselves and others
We help young people understand that real strength is demonstrated through good judgement, not intimidation.
